Or have your experiences been so bad that you just give up and accept poor products and poor services, anticipating that you’ll never get what you want anyway?
Well, if it’s been bad for you in your own personal life, imagine what it’s like when the tables are turned, when your customers call you at work. Wouldn’t you like to be the exception to the rule that all customer service is poor customer service? And wouldn’t it be to your employer’s advantage to have the whole staff trained by someone who really understands the process?
In this class, you will learn the basics of great service: active listening, clear documentation and decisive follow-through. We will practice these skills until they become natural ... and effective.
